ILLAFTrain website consists of a network of websites and web pages operated by ILLAFTrain and its members and providers (collectively referred to as ILLAFTrain Website hereafter). ILLAFTrain website is available for you to use upon the non-conditional agreement on the terms of use with no modifications to any of the conditions and notices. Using ILLAFTrain website means that you agree to the terms of use. Using a specific section of ILLAFTrain website may require agreeing to additional terms provided elsewhere in this agreement r in the section itself (Additional Terms). In case of contradiction between any of the terms in this agreement and any Additional Terms, the latter prevails.

 

User’s Accounts

Access to some sections on the website is restricted to registered users or members or providers or any other person with a user’s account (Registered Users’ Zone). Unauthorized use of such sections is strictly prohibited and may subject you to legal accountability.

You can use ILLAFTrain website for your personal non-commercial purposes after agreeing to the terms of this agreement. Under any conditions, you are not allowed to modify, copy, distribute, send, present, reproduce, publish, license, reproduce in different forms, transfer or sell any data or software or products or services you obtained from ILLAFTrain website for any purpose without written permission from ILLAFTrain.

• Advertising or offering buying or selling any products or services for commercial purposes.
• Plagiarizing any material or any sort of forgery of any intellectual property including (with no limitations) logos or designs or software or software components or erasing the copyright notice or any sort of violation to copyrights of any third party.
• Uploading or transferring any material or files sent by others or files that may identify others or any material whose transfer is for any reason prohibited by law.
• Depriving any other user from using the website.

ILLAFTrain does not conduct ongoing surveillance on the data zone or any others section of ILLAFTrain website. But ILLAFTrain reserves the right to conduct check-ups at any time and to review contents of any material communicated through the website, as well as to remove any material whenever necessary. ILLAFTrain has the absolute control over this issue with no limitations or conditions.
ILLAFTrain does not control or certify any messages or material communicated through the website by users or visitors. Thereby ILLAFTrain is not responsible for the content of any such material or any other activity performed by users or visitors.
Upon communicating any material through ILLAFTrain website or any of its services or sections or other related websites operated by ILLAFTrain, you are granting ILLAFTrain the copyright of what you communicate. ILLAFTrain will have the right to use, reproduce, publish, translate, edit or modify such material directly or by granting the right to a third party, for commercial and non-commercial purposes and in any for whether media or technology or other forms whether known now or to be encountered in the future.

Clients’ websites

ILLAFTrain website provides knowledge, training and other services to ILLAFTrain employees and clients and participants in any of ILLAFTrain programs. ILLAFTrain clients are usually businesspeople or training firms or organizers of training events or trainers or trainees. ILLAFTrain provides services designed by ILLAFTrain or any of its providers and hosted on clients’ websites. ILLAFTrain collects data about users of such services under supervision of ILLAFTrain clients.
Agreements between ILLAFTrain and its clients may necessitate the transfer of personal data about clients or users, in order to facilitate access to the network with what it contains of data and training and any other services. ILLAFTrain may collect the following data:

User name Pass word Email address Location and rank in the clients’ systems.

ILLAFTrain may also track the amount of time a User spends on the customer web site, the applications the User employs, the self-tests the User performs, the User's performance on such tests, and other activities in which the User engages while the User is on the web site.
ILLAFTrain may use non-personal data that it obtains from Users, such as the amount of time Users spend on a specific portion of a web site, to analyze trends, to gather data to benchmark best practices, and to monitor, improve and refine the functionality of the system.

ILLAFTrain generally only uses personal information to provide feedback about a User's activity on an ILLAFTrain-hosted customer web site. For example, ILLAFTrain may use personal information to inform a User of his or her performance on tests, or the number of training modules that a User has used. ILLAFTrain may also use personal information to send e-mails to a User, such as reminder e-mails that the User has not completed certain online courses. ILLAFTrain may also suggest which online courses are most suitable for a User.

ILLAFTrain's arrangements with its customers( from ILLAFTrain) may require ILLAFTrain to provide all User information that are in it's possession, including a User's personal information, directly to the customer with which the User is associated (i.e. the User's employer). If a User corresponds with ILLAFTrain, ILLAFTrain may keep a record of that correspondence. ILLAFTrain may also forward correspondence to the customer which the User is associated. ILLAFTrain does not transfer any personal User information to any third party (other than ILLAFTrain's customer) unless it is authorized to do so by the customer with which the User is associated, or required to do so.

ILLAFTRAIN AND ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, LACK OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED CONTENT CONTAINED WITHIN ILLAFTRAIN WEBSITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. ILLAFTRAIN WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Manchester city, United Kingdom. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of ILLAFTrain Website.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and ILLAFTrain as a result of this agreement or use of ILLAFTrain Website.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold ILLAFTrain, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, officers, directors and employees harmless from any and all third party claims, liability, demands, damages and/or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of or conduct on ILLAFTrain Website, your violation of this agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions , the other related similar documents will be presented.
